ED encourages and permits links to the Content of the Site. However, as an organization committed to the highest professional standards, ED does not grant any right or other permission to link to or otherwise use the Site or its Content where such use or linking:
(a) suggests that ED promotes or endorses any third-party causes, ideas, political campaigns, websites, products or services;
(b) reproduces, displays, distributes or otherwise uses the Content without ED’s written consent; or

CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND REMOVALED cannot and will not review content posted by users of the Site (“User Content”) and assumes no responsibility for such User Content.
However, ED reserves the right to restrict users’ access to certain sections of the Site and/or to remove, move or edit any User Content, including messages posted on any forum, that, in the Company’s sole judgment, violates these Terms and Conditions.

The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China provide for serious penalties for false statements in such notices.
Where appropriate, persons who repeatedly post unlawful materials will be prohibited from posting materials in the future.
